Who can drive
- The minimum age is 21. Some cars need drivers aged 25 or over; the minimum is shown on each car's page.
- Drivers aged 21 to 24 have a higher insurance excess.
- Every driver needs a valid driving licence held for at least one year.
- Only the drivers named on the booking may drive the car. You can add a second driver before delivery; each driver must meet these requirements and show their documents.

Documents: visitors
- Passport
- Visit visa or entry stamp
- Driving licence from your home country
- International Driving Permit, if your licence is not accepted in the UAE on its own. We check this when you book and tell you if you need one.
You can upload your documents when you book, or send them before delivery. We check every document before handing over a car, and we cannot hand over a car without them.
Security deposit
- A refundable deposit is held on a credit card in the main driver's name when the car is delivered. Debit and prepaid cards may not be accepted.
- The amount depends on the car and is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- It is released up to 21 working days after the rental ends, once any traffic fines, tolls or damage linked to the rental have been settled. Your bank may take a few more days to show the release.
Payment
You pay after we confirm availability and the final price, by card, payment link, bank transfer or cash. Prices on the website are shown without VAT; 5% VAT is added and shown separately.
Mileage
Each rental day includes 250 km unless the car's page or your confirmation says otherwise. Extra kilometres are charged at the per-km rate given in your confirmation.
Fuel
The car is delivered with a fuel level noted at handover. Please return it with the same level. If it comes back with less, we charge the cost of the missing fuel plus a refuelling service charge stated in your confirmation.
Delivery and collection
We deliver to your hotel, home or office. Delivery and collection are free within 25 km of our Dubai branch. Further away in Dubai, and to other emirates, a fixed fee applies for each trip, shown before you book. At delivery, the main driver must be present with the original documents and the card for the deposit.
Where you can drive
Within the United Arab Emirates only, on public roads. Driving outside the UAE, in the desert, off-road or on a race track is not allowed.
