Do I pay when I send a booking request?
No. We first confirm availability and the final price with you. You pay once the booking is confirmed.
What documents do I need?
UAE residents need a UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Visitors need a passport, a visit visa or entry stamp, their home driving licence and, where required, an International Driving Permit.
How old do I have to be?
At least 21. Some cars need drivers aged 25 or over; the minimum is shown on each car's page.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. It is held on a credit card at delivery and released after up to 21 working days, once any traffic fines have been reported.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. Delivery and collection are free within 25 km of our Dubai branch. We also deliver further afield in Dubai and to other emirates for a fixed fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before delivery. Later than that, a fee of one rental day applies. See the cancellation policy for details.
